Villa Tramontana is located on the waterfront at Cala Caterina, the most prestigious residential beach area in Villasimius, on the south coast of the island. Surrounded by the perfumed and characteristic Mediterranean maquis, the sea is a stone’s throw from the villa, and with sea views from most rooms, it almost feels like being in a boat.

 

There are few villas on the south coast of the island of this size and position. The views are breathtaking, and each bedroom has direct access to the grounds and vistas over the sea. In complete privacy, guests can enjoy relaxation in the gardens and covered terraces, or stroll to the beach nearby, which only has access from the sea and is shared with one neighbouring villa. The land is part of the marine protected natural park of Capo Carbonara.

 There is a large sitting room with feature hanging fireplace, opening onto a terrace on the water. This is the reception room, with a dining area, convivial social zone on a raised lounge around the fireplace, and large French windows that open onto the sea view terrace
