Stunning villa with amazing views, open plan and spacious, yet cosy. Marion and her staff were extemely friendly and helpful. The location is very close to the beaches and some nice restaurants, i would definitely recommend a car for staying in Chia. Would definitely return to Villa La Perla.

We rented this home in the fall of 2013 with our family of 5. We have 3 children age 8,7 and 5. We are a great fan of this stretch of coastline with its wonderful sandy beaches, nice waves and superb views.

The villa is located at the border of the compound overlooking the golf course (which was very quiet this time of year). The house is magnificent, which a perfect layout for families and friends, It has a fairly standard inside decoration and a small but suffucient kitchen with all appliances present.
It has two bedrooms upstairs with a good beds and a master bedroom with a patio. all but one bedroom have private full bathrooms. Although we did not use the two private bedrooms outside the main house attached to the house with a private entrance, we are ready coming back bringing friend and still having some privacy

The main attraction for us was the garden and the very nice covered patio were we spend most of our time. From the patio and the living room you have a good view at the pool to keep an eye on the children. The bonus at the pool for us was the little slide.

The area was very quiet at the end of the season which we liked a lot. There was still a little market open a walking distance. Since the house and the beach were such a treat we did not travel arounds a lot. But the coastline up north is really amazing.

Marion was a truly wonderful and very responsive host, fixing the few little thing quickly (like the internet), very easygoing and communicative a checkin and checkout.

Without hesitation worth the booking if you are looking for a wonderful and relaxing vacation in this secluded and private hideaway in fall
