It features 4 double bedrooms, 2 twin rooms, state of the art kitchen, spacious living and dining, various outside spaces, and will keep groups of all sizes and ages entertained for however long they may stay;  privacy and gorgeous views will leave you both, enchanted and totally relaxed; only minutes from the tourist harbor and the lively town of Villasimius.

  • Spacious sitting  area with home cinema, plasma Tv, DVD library, connecting to the dining area and all opening up onto portico, terrace, veranda and pool area

  • On the main floor: Double bedroom (ideal for staff), and ensuite shower room; and ‘Bunk Room’ with two bunk beds, and ensuite bathroom.

Beautiful location, right on the beach with gorgeous sea and sunset views - the photos don't do this lovely villa justice. Well decorated and equipped also.

Superb location, fabulous accommodation, exceptionally well appointed. Lovely pool.

Overall, the villa is in a spectacular location with incredible views and beach access.  The design and layout of the house are truly great.

The villa was excellent. The quality of the refurbishment is extremely high and the villa is very well fitted out, even with vi-spring beds! The view is terrific and it’s great to be close enough to the beach to hear the waves splashing on the sand. Access directly onto the beach is fantastic as well.
The only negative would be the quality of the sunloungers which could use an upgrade. Also suggest more plastic glasses for use outside.
Overall though the villa is better than the impression the photographs give which is very unusual.
